1. In Aug. 2004, Greenriver Industry Co., LTD. was established, started as Import & Exprots enterprise at the beginning.
2. In Sep. 2004, the 1^st version of Greenriver website www.greenrivercn.com was published.
3. In Mar. 2005, Greenriver attended it’s 1^st international agrochemical exhibition in ShangHai.
4. In Oct. 2005, Doctor Mr.Rasheed from Yemen joined Greenriver and we established Greenriver (Yemen) enterprise in Yemen.
5. In Nov. 2006, Greenriver cooperated with Alibaba, start our internet promotion in Alibaba.
6. In 2006, GreenRiver Industry Limited (HongKong) had established.
7. In 2006 we joined 30% shares in our recent factory.
8. In 2006 we attended the Agrochemical international exhibition in Vienam.
9. In 2006 we signed Exclusive Agent Agreement with House of Agriculture in Iraq.
10. In 2007 we attended the Agrochemical international exhibition in Ukraine.
11. In 2007, we established GreenRiver (Ghana) Enterprise in Kumasi, Ghana.

14. In 2008 we increased our shares to 51% in factory, established our manufacturing basis.

17. In Nov. 2011, we signed agency in Nepal.
18. In May. 2012, because of fast development, Greenriver move to new office in LongHua new district in Shenzhen City.
