Indoxacarb 150g/L EC

 

Product name Indoxacarb
Description An insecticide for use on a wide range of crops to control certain Lepidoptera, cockroaches and ants

Mode of action

Insecticide active by contact and ingestion. Affected insects cease feeding, with poor co-ordination, paralysis and ultimately death.

Uses

Used to control a broad spectrum of pests, particularly worms and caterpillars (Lepidoptera), weevils (Curculionidae), leafhoppers (Hemiptera), plant bugs (Lygus spp.), apple maggot (Rhagoletis spp.), corn rootworm adults (Diabrotica spp.) in vegetables, tree fruit, corn, soybeans, and grapes, at rates varying from 12.5-125 g/ha. Indoxacarb in gel and bait formulations is used to control home pests, specifically cockroaches, fire ants, and ants. Indoxacarb in spray and bait formulations is also labelled for worms, weevils, and mole crickets in sod, turf, and lawns.
